Week One Mind

Week one is about centering your mind and getting ready for the following weeks of the challenge. Let's talk about the challenge activities! You can choose one of the three following tasks and verification types. Option One: Start a daily journal and post a video or photo with your journal or talking about your experience journaling this week, Option Two: Meditate for a minimum of five minutes three times this week and post a photo or video showing your meditation space or talking about how it felt to meditate this week , or Option Three: Start making a daily to-do list and post a photo of one or more of your to-do lists from the week. All of these tasks are great for balancing the mind and finding focus. You can enhance any of these activities by adding your favorite cannabis consumables!

Week Two Body

Week two is here, and it is time to shift the focus to moving and healing the body. This week's challenge activities aim to get your body feeling healthy and agile! You can choose one of the three following tasks and verification types. Option One: Add a weekly workout session into your routine and post a photo or video of your sweat sesh (we love a weed workout moment), Option Two: Clean out your pantry, fridge or other snack area and share a before and after photo or video, or Option Three: Cook 1-2 healthy home-cooked meals this week and post a video or photo of your masterpieces.

Week Three Balance

Week three is a perfect time to work on balance. This week's challenge activities will have you feeling balanced inside and out! You can choose one of the three following tasks and verification types. Option One: Get at least 6 nights of sleep this week and share a video or photo of your favorite wind-down activity, Option Two: Clean one room in your living space and share a before and after or a video or photo of you getting your clean on, or Option Three: Get out of your comfort zone and try something new and creative post a photo or video of your adventure!

Week Four Spirit

The last week, Week four, is focused on the spirit. This week's challenge will have you feeling grounded and restored. You have your option of one of the three following tasks and verification types. Option One: Spend a day in nature and post a photo or video of your time in the great outdoors, Option Two: Do something you love and treat yourself and share a video or post of your self-care activity, or Option Three: Submit a video or photo with a caption on how you feel at the end of the challenge and what you want to manifest for 2023!
