As we’ve navigated these complexities, I’ve come to understand how essential it is to show ourselves a bit of grace.

As a Type A Virgo, my mind is often a whirlwind of overthinking. But over time, I’ve learned to step back from what can become a destructive or hyper-critical inner narrative.
