Ingredients:
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup infused honey
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir often and bring to a simmer.
Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Store covered in the fridge until ready to use.
Rad Ranch Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups infused sour cream
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Thighs (cut into 1½" cubes)
• ¾ cup Panko
• ¼ cup Cornstarch
• 1 Egg (whisked)
• ½ tsp Garlic Powder
• ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce
• 3 tbsp Infused Butter (melted)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss chicken with cornstarch and garlic powder. Coat with egg.
Dip chicken in panko, then place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes.
Mix melted butter with buffalo sauce. Toss baked chicken in the sauce.

Ingredients:
Nuggets
12 chicken tenders (cut into thirds)
• 1 cup sweet rice flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 ¼ cup cold water
• Salt & pepper
• Avocado oil (for frying)

¼ cup gochujang
• 5 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tbsp ginger (minced)
• 1 green onion (sliced)
• 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp infused honey
• 2 tsp infused sesame oil
Instructions:
Heat oil to 350°F. Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Sift flour and cornstarch, whisk in water until smooth.
Dip chicken in batter, shake off excess, and fry for 5-6 minutes in batches. Drain and season
Double fry for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Toss in sauce and serve.

• 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a baking sheet.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into oval nuggets, about ¼-½ inch thick.
Arrange nuggets on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
